Which rule, which date, and where the bookings are. Nothing is read until you press Run.
The date the periods count back from: your application date, or today. This rule looks back to about 2021-09-16.
Roughly is fine. It tells you whether the mailbox reaches back far enough for the rule.
Connect your mailbox
Only the emails that match the travel search are fetched, through Nylas and this site’s server, into this browser. Nothing is stored. Access is handed back automatically when the run finishes; for Outlook, also remove InboxTrace in your Microsoft account settings.
Or read a Google Takeout file instead, so nothing passes through a connection
- Go to Google Takeout, deselect everything, then select Mail.
- Choose only the labels that matter (Inbox is usually enough) to keep the file small.
- Start the export. It arrives as a download link by email, typically after some hours for a large mailbox.
- Unzip it and find the file ending in
.mbox.
Apple Mail and Thunderbird also export mbox files. Outlook does not; import the account into Thunderbird first.
